1. Intended Use
SurgiSafe Endoscope Cleaning Brushes are designed to clean the channels of endoscopes and channeled instruments during cleaning and decontamination. Fill material is nylon. Offered in single-ended, double-ended, and triple configurations. Typical pack is 25/Pack.
2. Caution
Only new and unopened brushes should be used on soiled endoscopes. Discard brushes immediately after use. SurgiSafe Endoscope Cleaning Brushes are non-sterile and single use.
3. Quality Inspection
Ensure brushes are free from debris or contaminants and are not chipped, bent, or damaged before use. Discard and replace after each use. Continued use can result in cross-contamination and may damage the medical device.
4. Storage
Store in a dry area where cross-contamination can be prevented.
5. Disposal
There are no special disposal instructions for this item beyond facility medical-waste policy.
6. Known Issues
There are no known product issues or warnings beyond the single-use caution above.
7. Sterilization
Only new and unused brushes can be sterilized. Brushes may show slight discoloration from the sterilization process.
